Check-Outs after 11:00 a.m. are subject to additional fee.
LATE CHECK OUT
Check-Out is 11:00 a.m. sharp. If available, you may request a late check-out (up to 5:00 p.m.), provided we have no other guests scheduled to check-in the same day as your departure.
Your late check-out must be arranged in advance with Gregg.
The late check-out fee is $150, which is a popular option with Sunday football fans.
A separate security deposit is required to hold your reservation, with total rent due 30 days in advance of your scheduled vacation start date. The security deposit is returned after all bills are received, usually within 14 days after departure. Your security deposit will be charged for any damage, loss, excessive cleaning or any unpaid rent resulting from your stay.
Security deposits are are partially refundable or kept entirely for the following reasons:
1. Over-occupancy of more than 10 total people to the home is not permitted.
2..No parking other than driveway or garage
3. No Parties! Undeclared large events, such as weddings, bachelor parties, etc. will forfeit deposit..
4. Signs of smoking or pets inside the home. Smoking is only permitted outside the home.
5. Excessive cleaning required, above and beyond our staff's normal 4 hour visit.
6. A $55 fee will be accessed for any missing remote controls.
7. Late check-outs will be billed $150.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
We make every effort to ensure that the property is in working order. In the event of a breakdown, we will strive to repair it as soon as possible after being notified of the problem. We cannot guarantee that the spa, televisions, appliances, high speed access, etc. will not break down during your stay, and therefore no refunds or adjustments will be made for mechanical failure. Furthermore, there will be no refunds or adjustments made for any other unexpected situation beyond our control such as bugs, rodents, weather and the like.
SECURITY OF THE HOME
When you lease the home, you assume all responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property. Always lock the doors and windows when you leave. Lock your vehicles and put away any rental equipment. Any use of the home for other than strictly family vacation purpose is restricted. Weddings, receptions, parties or functions are not permitted.
The home is equipped with telephones for your convenience and safety. Please do not abuse this privilege or jeopardize your security deposit by charging or receiving long distance calls to the owner's phone through regular long distance calls, FAX machines or personal computers.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
Should you decide to cancel your booking after we have received your security deposit / rent, your deposit / rent is subject to forfeiture, in the event that we are unable to re-rent those dates.
We are not able to trade or bank your booked dates for another time in the future.
SMOKING AND PETS
This is a non-smoking and pet free home. Undeclared pets and smoking may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
While we will do our best to notify you of any items left at Pine Cone Place Resort, we are not responsible for any items that are left behind. Please be sure to collect all of your belongings prior to your departure.
